Job summary

Famous Footwear in Enfield, CT is seeking a Sales Associate dedicated to delivering an outstanding shoe-store experience. You’ll create welcoming environments, assist customers with fitting, and keep the store organized and visually appealing.

You’ll participate in daily operations, engage customers with trend knowledge, and help teammates achieve goals while maintaining a positive, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: manage daily store tasks (pricing, shipments, fulfillment, and inventory) to keep the store organized and easily shoppable.
