Famous Footwear is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to create a welcoming in-store experience for every customer in our Connecticut location. You will help customers find the perfect shoes, stay informed about trends, and contribute to an upbeat store culture that keeps customers coming back for the Famous Feeling.

You will manage daily store tasks, support sales goals, and share product knowledge with customers while collaborating with team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build relationships with store team members.
• Strong communication and positive attitude with customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily store tasks such as pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory.
