Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider in supply chain management and e-commerce. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day Shipping operations, manage paperwork, and track performance and attendance while upholding safety and organization standards.

Key tasks include driving process improvements, enforcing safety/hygiene regulations, and maintaining 7s guidelines to ensure an efficient warehouse. Flexibility for overtime and varying shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Shipping experience in a fast paced distribution center environment.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Problemsolving, decision making, planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Safety knowledge.
• Able to perform at a fast-paced packaging environment.
• Requires ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
