The role requires leadership in a fast-paced distribution center, with strong planning, problem-solving, and MS Office skills; forklift certification is a plus and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Shipping experience in a fast-paced distribution center.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Ability to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and different shifts.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP in warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shipping operations.
• Track performance and attendance for shipping personnel.
• Ensure safety, organization, and cleanliness.
• Support process improvements in the department.
• Follow and maintain 7s program and guidelines.
