Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Outbound Team Lead to manage day-to-day shipping operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will supervise warehouse associates, assign work, and ensure accurate, on-time outbound shipments while maintaining safety and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years' experience in a shipping/distribution environment.
• Shipping experience in a fast-paced DC.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Safety knowledge and adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a warehouse outbound team to meet daily shipping goals.
• Assign work and monitor productivity for on-time shipments.
• Oversee order picking, packing, staging, and loading of outbound shipments.
• Ensure orders are accurate and shipped per customer/carrier requirements.
• Monitor labor allocation and adjust staffing as workload changes.
• Coach and develop team members, providing performance feedback.
• Enforce safety policies and quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve shipping errors and inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control, Inbound, Transportation, Quality, and Operations leadership.
