Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker seeks a Team Lead - Shipping for 2nd shift (1:30pm–10:00pm) to guide outbound operations. You will supervise a shipping team, schedule manpower, monitor performance, and coordinate with other departments to meet daily orders with safety and quality in mind.

Prior distribution or warehouse leadership, WMS experience, and strong communication are preferred. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, shift premium, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to develop coaching

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a warehouse/distribution setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with distribution software (WMS) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Outbound Department, driving team to meet/exceed shipping goals.
• Plan and schedule manpower/equipment for daily objectives.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Develop strategies to improve shipping efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coach and train team members and conduct root-cause analysis.
