Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead for the Fabrication team on the 2nd Shift from 2:30pm to 10:30pm. In this role, you will drive quality production by supervising team members and improving established processes. A High School diploma and experience in assembly or fabrication are required.

The position offers a competitive starting pay of $20.28 per hour plus a shift differential totaling $22.28/hour, along with comprehensive medical and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in assembly and/or fabrication.
• Six months to one year of production experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain standard work for the team.
• Develop metrics and communicate goals to associates.
• Train new employees and perform cross-training.
• Monitor quality specifications and corrective actions.
