Starting at $23.72 per hour plus 5% shift differential, the role supports the movement of raw materials and finished goods, coordinates warehousing, and ensures timely deliveries to meet production schedules. You'll handle packing, bills of lading, labels, ERP transaction entry, and carrier coordination while maintaining shipping records and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years shipping/logistics/warehouse coordination experience, preferably aerospace/manufactured regulated environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and shipping software.
• Experience preparing shipping documents, bills of lading, packing slips, and carrier coordination.
• Knowledge of domestic and basic international shipping requirements; export compliance awareness preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement and storage of materials to meet production schedules.
• Compile data on order volume, schedules and forecasts for materials planning.
• Develop suppliers to keep costs competitive and quality high.
• Prepare shipping documents including packing slips, bills of lading, export docs.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, traceability, packaging, labeling for shipments.
• Ensure safe packaging, palletization, weight limits, and carrier compliance.
• Monitor shipments, resolve delays, and update stakeholders.
