Staples in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Customer Returns and Shipping Associate to handle shipping needs and unpackaged returns in-store. The role offers flexible hours, potential for both part-time and full-time schedules, and benefits like PTO, weekly pay, and store discounts.

• Ability to lift/push/move materials up to 100 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking

Responsibilities

• Conduct all Full-Serve Shipping and Unpackaged Returns activities, including customer engagement and preparing packages for pick-up for 3rd party carriers
• Provide strong customer service, whether it’s a return or shipping a package
• Engage with customers to identify needs and explain shipping options
• Maintain the Shipping area for efficient processing and storage of packages
• Ensure supplies to process Ship and Returns are in stock
• Provide a positive, inviting environment for customers
• Be flexible on responsibilities (e.g., online pick-ups, cleaning)
