Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to support daily material movement, receiving, loading, unloading, and shipping of printed product. You will ensure shipments conform to customer specifications and service levels, and collaborate with carriers and internal teams to meet deadlines.

This role requires hands-on use of forklifts and other material handling equipment, strong organization, and reliable communication.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Administrative/operational support in shipping/manufacturing operations.
• Strong oral and written communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Performs manual and clerical duties related to shipment and receipt of materials and finished products.
• Checks goods against shipping documents and prepares bills of lading.
• Operates material handling equipment to stage materials and load trucks.
• Maintain files and documentation for shipments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
