Job summary

Seaway Plastics under MME Group seeks a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations by coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safe handling and storage of goods. This role contributes directly to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, loading/unloading, carrier coordination, documentation, ERP data entry, and safe operation of forklifts and packing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 2 years in a shipping and receiving role with international shipments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Experience with ERP systems and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive goods following documented procedures.
• Load/unload goods from trucks safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers per customer guidelines.
• Prepare shipping records and documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with ERP transactions.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
• Use shipping software and scanners for labeling and tracking.
• Ensure outgoing orders match job and customer requirements.
• Maintain organized warehouse and proper storage of goods.
