Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our manufacturing team. You will receive packages and materials, operate a forklift and pallet jack, and document receipts, put items away, and prepare shipments in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee arrival and storage of parts, verify quantities, and coordinate with purchasing and production to ensure timely flow of materials. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of fast-paced work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two-plus years forklift experience.
• Two-plus years carpentry or construction experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Excel bonus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Analytical, observational, and active listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receives freight including steel and housing kits from trailers.
• Operates forklift and pallet jacks per safety guidelines.
• Unloads trailers from dock and outside areas.
• Lifts and maneuvers 50–100 pounds repeatedly.
• Counts, verifies, and records received items in ERP system.
