Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client in Madison, WI is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join the Operations team. The role supports cross-functional order fulfillment and on-time customer delivery and requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs.

The position requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years in warehousing/shipping, at least 1 year in manufacturing, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 1st shift, 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years in a comparable warehouse/shipping/receiving environment.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work with others and contribute as a team player.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Buyer/Planner schedule to meet customer shipping commitments.
• Plan and execute a dynamic shipping schedule, balancing quantity and model mix of customer orders.
• Perform final configuration of customer orders, including coordinating timely software pulls for customer computer loading and assembling select line items.
• Use MRP SAP to complete inventory transfers and transactions accurately and on time.
• Identify orders with incorrect configurations and elevate or recommend changes to the Buyer/Planner; support and back up related order configuration processes.
