You will follow the Buyer/Planner schedule and manage dynamic shipping, ensuring accurate ERP transactions and strong Good Documentation Practices. The role requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years in a warehouse/shipping environment, 1 year in manufacturing, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years in a warehouse/shipping/receiving environment is required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience is required.
• Must be able to work with others and be a team player.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Buyer/Planner schedule to meet customer shipping commitments.
• Plan and execute a dynamic shipping schedule, balancing quantity and model mix of customer orders.
• Perform final configuration of customer orders, including coordinating timely software pulls for customer computer loading and assembling select line items.
• Use MRP SAP to complete inventory transfers and transactions accurately and on time.
• Identify orders with incorrect configurations and elevate or recommend changes to the Buyer/Planner; support and back up related order configuration processes.
