Job summary

Talentify seeks a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our Philadelphia, PA facility. You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, prepare shipping documents, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in shipping/logistics, proficiency with UPS/FedEx and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and strong organizational and communication skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of shipping/logistics experience.
• Proficient with carrier software (UPS/FedEx) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments and schedules.
• Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading.
• Track shipments and address delays or issues.
• Communicate with carriers and suppliers to negotiate rates.
• Maintain inventory movement records and system updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety, customs, and hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in shipping operations.
• Prepare shipping activity reports including delays and costs.
