Job summary

NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk in Rincon, GA to ensure shipping documents are accurate and timely. You will report to the Operations Supervisor or Manager and support outbound shipments.

Responsibilities include daily email communication with carriers, opening/closing shipments in the WMS, preparing bills of lading, and maintaining shipping records. High school diploma or GED required; Manhattan WMS and MS Office experience preferred; Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to handle changing priorities in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for outbound shipments.
• Open/close shipments in the warehouse management system and prepare bills of lading.
• Ensure drivers depart with the correct paperwork and ship documents.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and data in the system.
• Assist with receiving, picking, packing or loading as needed.
• Monitor trailer capacity and coordinate with spotters on moves.
• Handle irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
