Job summary

AMOT Controls Corp. is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in Houston to manage daily stock pickings and prepare accurate pick lists and delivery notes. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with an MRP system (IFS preferred).
• Experience with dispatch/shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, DHL).

Responsibilities

• Determine daily stock inventory items to pick and ship using IFS reports.
• Prepare pick lists and delivery notes; coordinate corrections if needed.
• Audit orders and shipping quantities against picking documents.
• Assemble packaging materials and prepare shipments.
• Process ground and freight shipments via UPS and FedEx.
• Enter shipment data into IFS and carrier systems; prepare export docs for international shipments.
• Notify consignees and coordinate with carriers for pickup.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping documents per SOPs.
• Maintain shipping data and monitor packaging supplies.
• Support special projects as requested by the Manager.
