Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare pick lists and delivery notes; correct errors.
• Audit orders and shipping quantities against documents.
• Assemble packaging and prepare shipments.
• Process ground and freight shipments via UPS and FedEx.
• Enter shipment data into IFS and carrier systems; prepare export docs.
• Notify consignees and coordinate with carriers for pickup.
• Ensure paperwork accompanies drivers and shipments; track packages.
