Responsibilities

• Determine daily stock to pick and ship using IFS reports.
• Prepare pick lists and delivery notes for daily shipments.
• Audit orders to ensure picking quantities match documents.
• Assemble packaging and prepare items for shipment.
• Process shipments via UPS and FedEx; manage freight.
• Enter shipment data into IFS and carrier systems; prepare export docs.
• Notify consignee of shipment details as needed.
• Coordinate with carriers for schedule pickups.
• Ensure drivers depart with correct paperwork.
• Handle tracer inquiries by email or fax.
• Confirm shipment and tracking as requested.
• Process daily invoices in IFS.
• Support outbound freight coordination with supervisor.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve ship instructions.
• Maintain accuracy of shipping documents per SOP.
• Maintain data/records in IFS and network.
• Monitor packaging materials and reorder as needed.
• Prepare management reports; assist with special projects.
