Qualifications

• Must be a Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration graduate.
• Must know Incoterms.
• Experience handling import/export shipments.
• Detail-oriented with strong learning ability.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule inbound shipments.
• Track shipments from suppliers and manufacturers.
• Assist with selecting transportation methods (air, sea, road, rail).
• Prepare and organize basic import documentation.
• Ensure documents are accurate and complete.
• Assist with document filing and sharing with teams.
