Job summary

Parts Town is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator to manage palletized shipments to the U.S., Canada, and beyond. You will work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure compliant, on-time delivery.

You will develop logistics solutions with the International Sales team, monitor shipment progress, and maintain shipping documentation while aiming to optimize cost and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination, preferably international.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, international transportation, customs regulations, and trade compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee transportation of palletized shipments to U.S. and international destinations via ocean, air, truck, and rail.
• Collaborate with Import and Export Compliance teams to ensure shipments comply with trade regulations.
• Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status.
• Develop logistics solutions with International Sales to meet customer requirements while optimizing costs.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
