The ideal candidate will have prior shipping experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong organizational skills to optimize processes and improve efficiency in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous shipping experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle warehouse tasks

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with UPS, FedEx, and project managers to ensure on-time shipments.
• Prepare shipping manifests and packages for delivery.
• Communicate shipment updates to carriers and team members.
• Schedule shipments based on customer orders and jobsite needs.
• Plan and optimize product layout with the Operations Manager.
• Resolve shipping issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Track inventory and perform cycle counts as needed.
• Provide basic product knowledge and training to staff as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping policies.
• Assist with out-of-state deliveries and carrier pricing fluctuations.
• Support production with prep work to meet delivery timelines.
• Maintain organized warehouse and accurate records.
