Job summary

Muse Search + Inspire is hiring a Logistics Coordinator in Los Angeles for a hybrid role with strong benefits and bonus potential.

You will coordinate domestic and international transportation, track shipments, and keep customers and suppliers informed while collaborating with trading, sales, finance and credit teams.

Responsibilities include preparing contracts and import/export documentation, supporting A/R and A/P, and helping ensure timely, accurate settlement and cross‑cultural collaboration.

Contracts & Trade Documentation

Prepare and maintain contracts, billing instructions, and import/export documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Support A/R and A/P tracking, prepare settlement documentation, assist with cash flow projections, and monitor payment status.

Be a key point of contact for questions related to orders, pricing, and shipping schedules while partnering with Credit, Traffic, Sales, and other teams.

Maintain transaction records, support commodity activity reporting, and contribute to special projects that make an impact.
