Job summary

EZG Manufacturing is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator in Malta, OH to manage outbound orders and shipping activities. You will coordinate freight, process ERP transactions, and maintain shipping records while ensuring on-time delivery and strong carrier relationships.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work with internal teams, and forklift experience or certification. Safety and accurate documentation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; logistics education or training is a plus.
• Experience with ERP shipping or order transactions preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; must obtain company forklift authorization/certification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify orders, quantities, and ERP transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process and ship customer orders in ERP, verify quantities and shipment dates.
• Obtain freight quotes and coordinate shipping methods/carriers.
• Schedule carrier pickups and provide shipment information and documentation.
• Communicate shipment details and tracking information to customers and internal teams.
• Track shipments and follow up on delays or issues impacting on-time delivery.
• Maintain relationships with carriers and service providers and resolve issues.
