Job summary

Ericson Manufacturing Company is seeking a Shipping Clerk in Willoughby, OH to prepare outbound shipments, manage packing lists, and coordinate with carriers. The role requires experience in shipping/warehousing, familiarity with Epicor ERP, and ability to operate a tow motor.

The position is on-site with regular day shift. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with international shipments and carrier portals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in shipping / warehousing operations.
• Experience with carrier web portals and LTL freight shipping.
• Experience with international shipments.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Tow motor experience.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments into Epicor ERP system.
• Prepare outbound products for shipment with packing lists and documents.
• Print sales order picklists and pull product accordingly.
• Coordinate carrier selection and scheduling for shipments.
• Work with Sales and Production to pull material for packaging/shipments.
• Assist with Receiving and other duties as needed.
