Job summary
Envases Ohio is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our Logistics team. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, keep inventory records accurate, and support on-time delivery of materials and finished goods.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve shipping efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- 2–4+ years in shipping, receiving, logistics, or inventory control preferred in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily outbound shipments to meet customer commitments.
- Prepare shipping documents including BOLs and packing slips.
- Verify shipment quantities against orders and docs.
- Schedule carrier pickups and deliveries; check in freight drivers.
- Maintain accurate shipping transactions in ERP/WMS.
- Coordinate receiving of inbound materials against POs and docs.
- Inspect incoming materials and document in ERP/WMS.
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate shipping, receiving, and inventory reports.
- Provide updates to Logistics Manager on delays and issues.
