Elevate Human Capital is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in the West Chester, OH area to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time. The role involves coordinating shipping orders, updating schedules, and working closely with sales to resolve logistics issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong data entry, organizational, and communication skills, with 2–4 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Standard hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years administrative experience preferred.
• Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Reviews and organizes shipping orders for domestic and export.
• Assists with repack/repackaging schedules.
• Utilizes shipping inventory and various office software.
• Supports in-house shipping and logistics issues.
• Maintains communication between shipping and sales teams.
• May work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as needed.
• Other clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
