Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service/Shipping Clerk on the 1st shift for our Mayville facility. The role involves verifying outbound shipment records, preparing bills of lading, and maintaining shipping documentation. Strong customer service experience is preferred.

The incumbent will input data into SAP and ERP systems, coordinate with carriers, and ensure accuracy of shipping documents following SOPs. This position reports to the Shipping and Receiving Manager.

• Coordinate with carriers for pickup and shipments; track packages.
