The incumbent will input data into SAP and ERP systems, coordinate with carriers, and ensure accuracy of shipping documents following SOPs. This position reports to the Shipping and Receiving Manager.
Metalcraft of Mayville is seeking a Customer Service/Shipping Clerk on 1st shift at our Mayville, WI facility. The Customer Service/Shipping Clerk will report to the Shipping and Receiving Manager in the Mayville plant. This person is responsible for maintaining and verifying the records and documentation of outbound shipments. This person will also prepare the bills of lading and shipping orders; completing all the necessary management related reports as and when required. We're hoping for someone who has a strong customer service background.
