Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville is seeking a Customer Service/Shipping Clerk for 1st shift at our Mayville, WI facility. You will verify outbound shipment records, prepare bills of lading, and maintain shipping documentation while supporting freight coordination and customer service duties.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, SAP usage, and timely communication with carriers and internal teams. Prior shipping/receiving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Effective communication and coordination are essential.
Customer Service experience is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Stress tolerance with a clean and neat attitude.
Ability to carry out data entry work.
Basic computer knowledge; SAP experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Audit orders and shipping quantities against picking documents.
Enter and maintain shipping data in SAP and ERP systems.
Process domestic and international shipments in ERP/shipping systems.
