Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking Shipping and Receiving Clerks to manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery. Role involves handling data, coordinating with production, and maintaining SAP records while upholding GMP and safety standards.

The position requires basic education (high school diploma or equivalent) and knowledge of logistics, shipping documents, and computer systems. 2nd shift expectations and office environment with occasional production floor time are noted.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of logistics and inbound/outbound shipments.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping and receiving documents.
• Ability to navigate computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Report andmaintaindata in customer and internal system
• Adjust inventory asrequired
• Collaborate daily with production,ensuringtimelydelivery of product and production schedules
• Ensure all finished goods are in SAP
• Generate BOL’s and packing lists
• Complete paperworktimelyand accurately
• Examine incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
• Report all discrepancies with inbound and/or outbound loads
• Resolve outbound and incoming delivery issues with key stakeholders
• Perform daily review of produced goods and customer open orders report
• Play an active role in the maintenance and cleanliness of work area
• Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendancesystemand job reporting requirements
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
• Demonstrates commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisors/Managers
