Job summary

AMS Fulfillment in Provo, UT is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage daily shipping for B2B orders, ensuring accurate documentation and labeling. The role supports the Shipping Lead and coordinates with Client Services for hazmat items and special instructions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in shipping/logistics is a plus.
• Able to learn and perform essential functions as listed.

Responsibilities

• Scan and photograph orders, verify correct shipping labels.
• Review order QA to ensure all items and documents are present.
• Verify PO#, BOL#, Retail location data matches records.
• Identify Hazmat/Non-Hazmat shipments and ensure proper docs.
• Place orders in staging areas following shipping guidelines.
• Daily carrier pickup verification and log off.
• Maintain a clean, organized shipping area.
• Follow AMS SOPs and collaborate with team.
