Job summary

Responsibilities

• Correctly ship all boxes to proper designation (dimensions, ship method, properly sealed).
• Apply correct label to box.
• Escalate unresolved shipment issues to Supervisor, Account Manager or IT as needed.
• Execute all reships and inventory IMS orders daily.
• Load trailers by hand.
• Complete Returns Log daily and email it to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor Returns Log for special instructions from Account Managers.
• Maintain cleanliness of shipping area.
• Close out shipping computers nightly.
• Operate forklifts as needed.
• Support other departments as requested.
