Cooper Farms is hiring 1st shift Egg Gathering team member at our Sycamore Flats facility in Paulding, Ohio (Paulding County). No experience is required. We provide all the training you need to succeed.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $17.30 /hour


• Increase to $17.55 /hour after 90 days


• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)


• Schedule:




• Monday - Friday with some Weekend days Occasionally


• 6:48am - 3:00pm

What You'll Do

• Gather all eggs as directed and maintain barns


• Care for birds per veterinary and manager guidance and maintain records


• General farm chores, including but not limited to laundry, taking out trash, checking/cleaning waters and feeders, etc.

No Experience Required. Training Is Provided.
