This role requires a high school diploma, 1 year in a high-volume restaurant, the ability to lift items, and availability nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year experience in high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Ability to lift furniture and other heavy items.
• Must meet minimum state age requirements.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and major holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate written and verbal information clearly.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and serve food and beverages in a timely fashion.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of all common areas and service stations.
• Participate in the celebration and entertainment experience of the guest.
• Set up and break down dining room and service stations as prescribed; move dining cabin furniture.
• Accurately collect payment from guests for on-board purchases.
• Provide information to guests including menu descriptions and cruise details.
