Job summary

Hornblower Group is hiring a Server to deliver exceptional hospitality aboard our vessels. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain clean dining areas while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year in a high-volume restaurant, and the ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods. Availability nights, weekends, and major holidays is required. Training on RESPECT service system provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work stairs.
• Must be available nights, weekends, and major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and serve food and beverages in a timely fashion.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of all common areas and service stations.
• Provide information on menu, entertainment, and cruise route.
• Set up and break down dining room and service stations as prescribed; this requires movement of dining cabin furniture.
