Job summary

American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, is hiring Servers for the 2026 season aboard our ships. You will work in the shipboard hotel and restaurant, delivering outstanding hospitality as a proud representative of our brand.

This temporary position runs up to 28 weeks, with weekly wages between $1,000 and $1,400. Major living expenses are covered aboard, including travel, room and board, uniforms, and training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder.
• Pre-employment drug test for all shipboard employees.
• Alcohol consumption on board is strictly prohibited.
• Grooming standards apply (tattoos and piercings).
• Temporary employment up to 28 weeks aboard the ship.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience.
• Set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktail hour.
• Acknowledge guests by name, escort to tables, present menus, and suggest items.
• Relay orders to the galley and serve courses with proper garnish.
• May greet embarkation guests and assist with afternoon teas and evening events.
