Job summary

American Cruise Lines seeks an Assistant Hotel Manager to support the Hotel Manager in delivering service excellence aboard our ships. You will supervise hotel staff, ensure dining, housekeeping, guest services and events meet standards, and maintain guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or Hotel & Restaurant Management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in English.
• Willing to travel and work a flexible schedule including long days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Housekeeping Manager and Guest Service Coordinator.
• Assist Hotel Manager as directed and support dining services.
• Perform duties of Hotel General Manager when needed on ship.
• Oversee shipboard operations, training, scheduling, and discipline.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in guest areas and crew spaces.
• Assist with onboard events, inventory, and turnover preparations.
