Job summary

American Cruise Lines is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to support the Hotel Manager in delivering exceptional service aboard our ships for the 2026 season. You will supervise the Hotel Department team, ensure dining, housekeeping, and guest services meet standards, and maintain a guest-centric atmosphere while upholding safety and company procedures.

Ideal candidates bring a hospitality management degree, at least three years of supervisory experience on cruise ships or in full-service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or Hotel & Restaurant Management.
• Minimum 3 years management experience in full-service hotel, resort, or cruise ship.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities
