Job summary

American Cruise Lines seeks a Hotel General Manager to lead shipboard hotel operations across guest services, housekeeping, and food service on our 2026 season ships. You will supervise the hotel management team, uphold service standards, and act as the primary guest liaison while at sea.

This role requires prior hotel or F&B leadership, willingness to live aboard, and the ability to manage schedules, inventory, and guest experiences daily during 7-day onboard cycles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel or food and beverage management experience.
• Willing to live and work aboard the ship.
• Ability to meet physical demands and long hours.
• Coachable in safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the hotel management team and guest services.
• Ensure dining, culinary, housekeeping, and guest services meet standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of hotel operations.
• Lead staff to achieve guest satisfaction and sales goals.
• Coordinate onboard events, meals, and training.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety policies.
