Job summary

American Cruise Lines is hiring Crew Members for the 2026 season to work aboard our ships in a hotel-like hospitality role, serving as ambassadors for the brand. This is a temporary, full-time shipboard position lasting up to 28 weeks.

You will provide high-quality dining service and help with events, while living aboard with meals, travel, uniforms, and training covered by the company. Applicants must be 18+, a U.S.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You must be an American citizen or Green Card holder.
• Pre-employment drug test for all shipboard employees; alcohol restrictions apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide a personalized, high-quality dining service.
• Set up and break down meals and events.
• Greet guests by name, offer menu/wine suggestions, and answer questions.
• Relay orders and serve with attention to detail.
• Maintain safe and welcoming guest areas, including staterooms and common spaces.
• Greet guests by name and respond to housekeeping requests.
• Clean rooms, stock supplies, and organize inventory.
• Support special events like embarkation, tea service, and cocktail parties.
