American Cruise Lines is hiring Crew Members for the 2026 season to work onboard in our shipboard hotel, delivering outstanding hospitality and representing our brand across multiple itineraries.

This temporary, full-time position runs up to 28 weeks with weekly pay between $1,000 and $1,400, plus bonuses. Travel, room and board, uniforms, and training are provided, enabling strong savings while aboard.

Formación

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or green card holder.
• Pre-employment drug testing is required for shipboard employees, including marijuana testing.
• Alcohol consumption is prohibited and safety training is mandatory.
• This is a temporary position not extending beyond 28 weeks of shipboard work.
• Grooming standards include limits on tattoos and piercings.
• Opportunity to pursue management roles, though not guaranteed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized, high-quality dining service.
• Set up and break down meals and events.
• Greet guests by name, offer menu/wine suggestions, and answer questions.
• Relay orders and serve with attention to detail.
• Maintain safe and welcoming guest areas, including staterooms and common spaces.
• Greet guests by name and respond to housekeeping requests.
• Clean rooms, stock supplies, and organize inventory.
• Support events like embarkation, tea service, and cocktail parties.
