American Cruise Lines is hiring Crew Members for the 2026 season to work onboard our ships in a hotel-style hospitality role. You’ll provide outstanding service and represent the brand across multiple itineraries aboard a vessel.

This is a temporary 28-week position with competitive weekly wages and covered living expenses, enabling strong savings opportunities. Travel, uniforms, room and board, and training are included as benefits.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and an American citizen or Green Card holder.
• Pre-employment drug test is required for all shipboard employees, including marijuana testing.
• Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on board.
• This is a temporary 28-week shipboard position with no guaranteed future employment.
• Grooming standards restrict visible tattoos and piercings.

Responsabilités

• Provide personalized, high-quality dining service.
• Set up and break down meals and events.
• Greet guests by name, offer menu/wine suggestions, and answer questions.
• Relay orders and serve with attention to detail.
• Maintain safe, welcoming guest areas, including staterooms and common spaces.
• Greet guests and respond to housekeeping requests.
• Clean rooms, stock supplies, and organize inventory.
• Support special events like embarkation, tea service, and cocktail parties.
