American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, is hiring Crew Members for the 2026 season to work onboard for up to 28 weeks.

You’ll serve in our shipboard hotel, delivering personalized dining service and assisting with events while representing our brand across itineraries. This entry-level opportunity includes weekly pay from $1,000 to $1,400, bonuses, and coverage of travel, room and board, uniforms, and training.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and an American citizen or Green Card holder.
• Federal law requires pre-employment drug testing for all shipboard employees.
• Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited during service.
• Grooming standards apply; tattoos and piercings restrictions may apply.
• Temporary 28-week shipboard employment with potential for future opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Provide a personalized, high-quality dining service.
• Set up and break down meals and events.
• Greet guests by name and offer menu suggestions.
• Relay orders and serve with attention to detail.
• Maintain safe, welcoming guest areas and assist with housekeeping requests.
• Support special events like embarkation and cocktail parties.
