Job summary

Hornblower Corp is seeking a Server on our vessel based in Boston. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages while contributing to a safe, hospitable dining experience for everyone aboard.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year in a high-volume restaurant, ability to stand for long periods, and the capacity to lift items and work nights, weekends, and major holidays on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year experience in high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and serve food and beverages in a timely fashion.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Provide information on menu descriptions, entertainment options and cruise route.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of service areas and stations.
• Assist with seating guests and supporting warm hospitality.
