Job summary

American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, is hiring Galley Stewards for the 2027 season to work onboard our ships. You will ensure sanitation of galley equipment and assist in dining operations while delivering exceptional guest service.

This temporary position runs for 28 weeks. Duties may include greeting guests at embarkation, supporting special events, and other galley functions as needed. Competitive weekly pay and comprehensive onboard benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder per eligibility.
• Pre-employment drug test required for shipboard employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of galley, cutlery, glassware, and dishes.
• Receive and carry food deliveries, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ensure dishwasher operates properly and report maintenance needs.
• Engage guests and fulfill galley requests efficiently.
• May perform other duties such as greeting guests and assisting at events.
