Job summary

American Cruise Lines is seeking Galley Stewards for the 2027 season. You will work in the shipboard galley to ensure sanitation of all dining-related items and support guest service during events. This is a temporary, 28-week assignment aboard our vessels.

Role is an entry-level path in hospitality with pay ranging from $1,000 to $1,400 per week, and all major living expenses covered aboard to enable savings. Applicants must be 18+ and compliant with shipboard safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Citizen or Green Card holder
• Pre-employment drug test for shipboard employees
• Grooming standards apply; temporary position up to 28 weeks

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of galley, cutlery, glassware, dishes, and surrounding areas
• Receive and carry food deliveries up to 50 lbs
• Ensure dishwasher operates properly and report maintenance issues
• Engage with guests and assist galley requests efficiently
• May assist with embarkation greetings, events, and evening entertainment
