Applegreen is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and safety requirements. You’ll train new hires, monitor cash handling, and support daily operations at a travel plaza in New Jersey.

The role requires strong cash handling, supervisory aptitude, and the ability to engage with travelers in a friendly, efficient manner. Flexible scheduling and compliance with company policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Able to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsabilités

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures and cash handling.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Maintain food safety, prep, stocking, and cleanliness per brand standards.
• Train new team members and ensure policy adherence.
