ApplegreenUSA is seeking a Shift Supervisor in New Jersey to lead shift teams, ensure exceptional guest service, and uphold brand standards across operations. You will supervise cash handling, monitor food safety, and manage opening/closing routines to ensure smooth plaza performance.

The role requires cash handling and customer service experience, plus leadership ability to effectively train new team members. Flexible scheduling and a fast-paced hospitality environment are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Aufgaben

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with travelers and resolving complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks such as prep, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members and follow brand standards.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or issues and follow procedures.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
