Job summary

IHOP 1745 Springville is seeking a full-time Crew Chief to lead a high-performing team and ensure excellent customer service. You will oversee duties, training, and daily operations to keep the restaurant prepared, staffed, and aligned with brand standards.

You will supervise staff, communicate menu updates, and enforce policies while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment. This role includes some administrative tasks and schedule management to minimize overtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Relevant experience is preferred but not required!

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet business needs.
• Help assign duties, encourage teamwork, and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Inform staff about new menu items, specials, and promotions to ensure accuracy.
• Supervise performance and behavior, enforce SOPs, and maintain service standards.
• Monitor time cards, adjust schedules to meet restaurant needs and minimize overtime.
• Perform cash handling, deposits, and other administrative duties.
